DESCRIPTION:Run across the hilly terrain between İzmit and Derince in Koca
 eli\, Çenedağ Ultra Trail offers four categories\, all starting from cen
 tral Derince: the 57K (1\,169 m of climb\, 08:30\, 11-hour cut-off)\, the 
 21K (440 m\, 09:00\, five hours)\, the 14K (359 m\, 09:30\, three hours)\,
  and the 5K Çınarlıdere course (71 m)\, off at 10:00 with a two-hour li
 mit. The race runs on a partial self-sufficiency basis: runners carry the 
 mandatory kit that lets them continue safely in whatever the mountain weat
 her does. The 21K and 57K require a medical certificate or an athletics li
 cence\, and under-18s need parental consent. Age groups are -34\, 35-44\, 
 45-54 and 55+. Fields are capped at 300-500 per category.
