DESCRIPTION:A six-course trail event held on 26-28 March 2027 in Selçuk\, home to UNESCO-listed Ephesus. The long courses run on Saturday 27 March: the 120K climbs 3\,275m and descends 3\,265m with a 24-hour cut-off\, the 61K climbs 1\,402m with 11 hours\, the 42K climbs 1\,185m and descends 1\,140m with 7 hours\, and the 27K around the House of the Virgin Mary climbs 500m and descends 490m with 5 hours. Sunday 28 March brings the 12K past the Temple of Artemis (160m up\, 150m down\, no cut-off) and the 6.6K ST Jean Race named after the Basilica of St. John (40m of climb\, 1.5 hours). The 27K and longer require a medical certificate issued within the last six months or a valid federation licence\, and runners over 65 must supply an ECG report with cardiologist approval\; the 12K and 6K carry no such requirement. Starts and finishes are at Uğur Mumcu Sevgi Yolu in central Selçuk. Course changes close on 14 February 2027\, the same date up to which cancellations are refunded in full. Entry fees have not been published yet.
