DESCRIPTION:A 1\,460 km fixed-route\, unsupported\, single-stage bike race that starts in Antalya\, traverses the heart of the Taurus range\, loops it and then pushes on to finish on the Mediterranean west of Mersin. The clock never stops and there are no prizes. The route runs on gravel\, single and double track and old livestock trails known only to the people who live in these mountains\; there is very little tarmac\, some walking\, and at times great distances between resupply points. The terrain moves from forest to rocky peaks to remote desert plateaus\, and ranks among the most demanding in the country. Riders enter solo or as a pair. Entry is by application\, assessing whether a rider can make safe decisions alone in the mountains — multi-day bikepacking experience\, preferably off-road and remote\, is what the organizer expects. The fee is £420 per rider\, plus £80 tracker rental if needed and a £50 media licence for sponsored riders (no TRY figure here\, since it moves with the exchange rate). Applications for 2026 are closed and the race is fully subscribed.
