Once your event is live, you can edit its page — branding, photos, sponsors — from your own dashboard at any time. Distance, pricing, and capacity details are currently managed by the RaceTurkiye team; in-platform registration with PayTR is planned for a later phase, alongside course maps, aid stations, and live tracking.

Does it cost anything to list my event?
No. Listing and registration are free for every organizer, forever. We add a small booking fee on the athlete's side at checkout instead of charging you. Premium is an optional upgrade and never a precondition; we agree its terms with each organizer individually.
Is this only for trail and ultra races?
That's who we're built for — independent trail, ultra, and community races not on the TAF (Türkiye Atletizm Federasyonu) calendar, free to choose their own registration tooling. TAF-calendar road races and marathons are outside what we support right now.
Do you handle race-day timing?
No — and we don't plan to. Timing takes capital equipment and a reliability track record we're not going to rebuild. Keep whoever you already trust for chip timing and results; we make sure your registration data flows into their system cleanly.
Who controls the distance, pricing, and capacity details?
Right now those are managed by the RaceTurkiye team to keep listings accurate — send us updates any time and we'll apply them. Your page's branding, photos, and sponsors are yours to edit directly from your dashboard.
How long does it take to get listed?
Send us your event details and our team typically reviews and publishes within a couple of days.
Can I reply to reviews on my event page?
Yes. Finishers can leave a rating and review, and you can post a public reply from your organizer dashboard.
