What we collect

For athletes browsing RaceTurkiye, we collect no personal data — event discovery is anonymous, and registration happens on each event's own official site.

For organizer accounts: your email address (used only to sign you in via a one-time link, no password), and any brand/marketing content you add to your event page (logo, photos, text, sponsor info). We do not collect participant or attendee personal data.

Where it's processed

RaceTurkiye runs on infrastructure located outside Turkey: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (sign-in emails). Using these services means organizer account data is transferred and processed abroad. We rely on these providers' standard data-protection safeguards as the legal basis for this transfer under KVKK (Law No. 6698).

Retention

Sign-in links expire shortly after being sent. Session data is kept only while your account remains active and is deleted on request (see below).

Your rights under KVKK

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing kaanerol299@gmail.com. We process erasure requests manually and will confirm once completed.
