About This Event
Run through the pine-scented, car-free lanes of Büyükada, this race uses the island's quiet roads — shared with horse-drawn carriages and bicycles — as its course. Organized jointly by bro'event and the Adalar Kültür Derneği, it offers three distances from 5K to a half marathon. The island is reachable only by sea, so getting to the start means a ferry: sailings differ between operators, and the timetable is worth checking against the operator's own site when planning the trip. Entry fees rise across three windows; the normal one closes on 31 August and late entry runs to 20 September.
